RETURN, EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

We take pride in the quality and uniqueness of our handmade products and we assure you nothing but the best. We have also described and photographed all products as accurately as possible.  However, as these are handmade items, there can be instances where size, color, or design may vary slightly.

  • If you are for any reason unhappy with your purchase, do drop us an email chantekbatik@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your product with your name, product number and reason for exchange, along with a picture of the product and we shall contact you.

Example: If you received the product(s) on 1st May, please return the product(s)

by shipping it to our working studio by 14th May.

  • If your exchange is due to an error by Chantek Batik whereby a wrong or damaged product was shipped, we will happily provide you with a replacement of the damaged product if there is more stock. If there is no stock, we will offer to replace your product with a similarly-priced product. If this is not available, we will refund your payment accordingly.
  • If the exchange is due to any other reason, such as sizing, you will be responsible for the shipping and any other associated costs in returning the item(s) back to us. Please send your exchange using a reliable carrier that provides a tracking option. We also recommend that you insure the return package as you will be responsible for the item(s) reach us in their original condition.

Please also state the reason you are sending the product(s) back.

We also recommend that you insure the return package as you will be responsible for the item(s) reaching us in their original condition.

Please note:
1) No exchanges or refund will be issued for returned item(s) that have been used. The returned item(s) must be in new and original condition with original product packaging and labels.

2) In the event of payment issue (i.e duplicate transaction, transaction error, etc) and customer has been charged for the transaction, we will proceed to refund through to the payment method that the customer has used to make payment. 


3) The Exchange Policy will not be applicable after 14-days of receiving your products.
